Co-creator Gary Gardner
Born in 
California with a mom from England and a father from Los Angeles I was bitten by the travel bug early on in life. Growing up I was middle, middle class. I went to college and came out a touring musician that afforded me more experiences around the globe. Throughout my travels I was always touched, humbled, and curious to learn from the people of many different countries. For over a decade now I have been an elementary school teacher in a lower economic area. I’ve continued with my interest in travel and often share my experiences with my students. I believe in humankind and in the pursuit of mindfulness and peace.

I am a native California
n and grew up in Los Angeles. For over 20 years I worked in entertainment for television and as a digital media producer. I am also an independent writer and authored the biography of Don Randi (Wrecking Crew session musician and jazz club owner) “You’ve Heard These Hands.” I’m a third generation Japanese American and like most US citizens, my grandparents immigrated to America to live a life free to pursue success and happiness in peace. It is my hope that millions of people around the world make a commitment to spread peace to everyone everywhere by being kind, loving, and living peacefully.
